Collectible Handcrafted Ethnic Persian Dolls

 virtually come to life as legends are written suiting their particular character. Rich with color, embroidery, accessories and unique fabrics centuries old. Tradition has led these tribes to produce beautiful outfits that are now carefully reflected in Yoli's Dolls.
 
 
 
 
     Yolanda makes each doll with its very own unique “personality”. No two dolls are ever alike, and the possibilities are endless. Their clothes match their heritage whether they are Bakhtiari, Kurdish, Lori, Taleshi or Turkaman, formed from fond memories and an active imagination.
 
 
 
 
     These dolls are made in both vinyl and porcelain. They are usually mounted on wooden plinths for display purposes. Some of them are in sitting position also. The porcelain bodies are padded and wired to give some flexibility. The dolls have real hair wigs.
 
 
 
 
     Yoli’s dolls also each contain special name certificates that include the production number, region they represent, when they were created, and the artist name, number and logo.
 
 
 
 
     In her workshop, the dolls are hand painted by her as well. She designs and sews all the dresses herself, from wig styles to dresses and accessories. Each doll is a unique and wonderful creation; therefore fabrics and trims will vary from one doll to the next. Each doll is lovingly adorned with handmade jewelry that matches the outfit, charms, buttons, makeup, headset, polished nails, etc . . .

 
 
 
 
     Yoli's 21” Vinyl Dolls are unique handcrafted ethnic Persian Dolls. Each signify a different region of Iran. These dolls are vinyl and approximately 20" tall, weight about 2 pounds. They are mounted on wooden plinths for display purposes.
 
 
 
 
     They each contain special name certificates that include the Yoli's dolls brand tag, production number, region they represent, when they were created, and the artist name, number and logo. They carry a special message attached to their hands saying:

     Each doll is hand-painted and the beautiful detailed costumes are put together and sewn by hand. Each doll is a unique and wonderful creation; therefore fabrics and trims will vary from one doll to the next. They are lovingly adorned with handmade jewelry that matches the outfit, charms, buttons, headset, polished nails, etc . . . Most of them are strictly 8" inch to 24". But from time to time, can be made up to 42" inches high. The dolls have real hair wigs. They usually weight about 1 to 2 pounds. They are usually mounted on wooden plinths for display purposes. Some of them are in sitting position also.
